Returns
We accept return requests within 10 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with original packaging when possible. You must provide proof of purchase.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and work with you on a resolution.

Non-Returnable Items
Sale items, clearance items, personalized items, and custom-made items are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
